The Local Councils' Association hosted a public seminar in Malta as part of its obligations under the partnership agreement.  The seminar was held at Vivaldi Hotel, St. Julians and was chaired by Mr. Jimmy Magro, Executive Secretary of the Association.  Introductory speeches were made by Mr. Michael Cohen, President of the Association and Ms. Alessandra de Caro, Chief of the MEDINS Project.
